From kitchen molds to a full pet line
Jewelives was founded in 2003 as a silicone and plastic molding workshop serving kitchenware brands. With a US$7.5 million investment and a 20,000 m² plant in Longgang, Shenzhen, that foundation grew into three product fields — kitchen, kids and pets — sharing one material lab, one quality system and one roof.
Pets are where our engineering culture shows most. Feeding mats with food-contact compounds, travel cups tested for leaks and folds, grooming tools with bristle geometry refined over hundreds of iterations — every product in the 2026 pet catalog is an original Jewelives design, one of more than 500 we've created. And every one of them is made on our own lines: buying from Jewelives is buying factory direct, with no middleman between your spec sheet and the molding press.

What does Jewelives manufacture?
Food-grade silicone pet products — hydration (water feeders, travel cups, mugs, folding bowls), feeding (slow feeder mats, lick mats), enrichment (freeze toys, puzzle feeders, tumblers) and grooming (lick pads, bathing brushes, toothbrushes). Our kitchen and kids lines run on the same quality system.
Is Jewelives a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Design, tooling, silicone and plastic molding, assembly and QC all run under one roof at our plant in Longgang, Shenzhen — so quotes come straight from the people who make the molds.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and is quoted on request. Tell us the products you are interested in and we will confirm quantities, lead times and factory pricing together.
Do you offer OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. We hold 500+ original and patented designs and take products from a sketch, a sample or just an idea — custom colors (Pantone matching), debossed logos, custom packaging and retail-ready presentation.
What certifications does the factory hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 (medical) and IATF 16949 (automotive), plus BSCI social audit and Disney FAMA authorization. Products are tested to FDA and LFGB food-contact standards, with CE, RoHS and REACH documentation available per batch.
Are the silicone products safe for pets?
Yes. We use food-grade, BPA-free, non-toxic silicone, and every compound is checked for mouth-safety before it goes into production — if it isn't safe for a pet's mouth, it doesn't leave the factory.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — samples are available on request, and the sample cost is typically deducted from your first bulk order.
